Since 1976 (the start of the NPC) Thames Valley has won the 3rd Division competition 3 times, the last in 1995. They have played in the 2nd Division, however they are now part of the heartland competition.

The most appearances is by Brian Duggan (144) from 1970 - 1984.
The most points scored is by David Harrison (582) from 2004 - 2013.
The most tries scored is by Irvine Campbell (42) from 1981 - 1994

In 2016 Thames Valley finished 11th in the Heartland round robin series.
